Essentially a design helper, Existing Features starts with a design file initialization procedure that auto-attaches a survey file turns on the appropriate levels and sets some view attributes. If this setup has already run, then it is skipped for consecutive sessions. The core is a set of tools will set level display and draw bounding shapes. The flood command for example, extends the capabilities of the similar MicroStation command by allowing the user to flood and convert elements to complex shape in a situations where the original elements is only partially displayed.
